The word "Yoga" means "Connection". But Yoga is much more than that.

Yoga is unification, inclusion, an union between microcosmos and macrocsmos, a beautiful journey in the depth of the human essence.

Yoga is an orthodox system of Indian philosophy, It was born more than 5000 years ago. This ancient science reveals the way of knowing the human essence and the main goal is to reach the inner peace and pure consciousness.

Practicing Yoga during your pregnancy is not only completely safe for you and your baby, Yoga also helps to achieve a good balance on your mind, emotions and physical condition. Yoga is a great way to connect with the baby, because the practice teaches you to understand and hear your body better, to understand your soul and to discover yourself with love and patience.

It is important to know, that pregnancy is a complete natural thing and it is not a disease, so the pregrant woman is not ill, she is in the most exciting and responsible period of her life- the creation of a new human being. Yoga and meditation, as well as the natural healing therapies can help her a lot to overcome any emotional stress, fears or physical disturbance.

Yoga can be practiced during 1-st, 2-nd and 3-rd quarter of the pregnancy if asanas are well selected and with the guidelines of a teacher or birth doula, who can advise and observe the future mother in the best way.
